Dr. Wong served as an adjunct faculty member in several classes and labs including: biochemistry, anatomy, clinical orthopedic and neurological assessment, microbiology, and physical therapy. In the Fall 2013 semester, Dr Wong was one of the co-instructors for the Biochemical Nutrition course.

Ingebritt is a licensed acupuncturist with an interest in the treatment of sports injuries and pain. She has assisted SCU faculty in the development and completion of several projects, including editing a chapter in the recently published book Evidence-Based Practice in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (Springer, 2012).
