When logging in, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Enable cookies on your browser

2. Clear their browser cache

3. Sign in with your name only (no @scuhs.edu) and your normal scu password as shown below.

The most common reason for log in issues, is an expired SCU password. Please contact: CustomerSupport@synoptek.com to fix this issue.

- an issue logging in, they need to contact Customer Support CustomerSupport@synoptek.com to fix their SCU log in credentials. The wiki site uses the SCU single sign on and only Synoptek can help with this. I have no control over the sign in.

-In my experience, all of the sign in issues were from not following these instructions or from their scu password being expired (which was reset by Synoptek).
