an issue logging in, they need to contact Customer Support CustomerSupport@synoptek.com to fix their SCU log in credentials. The wiki site uses the SCU single sign on and only Synoptek can help with this. I have no control over the sign in.

Students also need to follow the instructions on the sign in page and do the following:

3. Sign in with their name only (no @scuhs.edu) and their normal scu password as shown below.

In my experience, all of the sign in issues were from not following these instructions or from their scu password being expired (which was reset by Synoptek).
